Tuesday June 16^th, was our General Membership Picnic at the waters edge. It was a terrific evening. We would like to thank everyone for coming and making it such a successful event. We were treated to speeches by Charles Lollar Chairman of the Charles County Maryland Republican Central Committee, Senator Andy Harris also a candidate in Maryland’s First Congressional District, Diane Croghan and Joan Harris representing County Executive John Leopold, Delegate James King Representing District 33A, Seth Howard running for Delegate in District 30, Stephanie Hodges running for Delegate for District 32, and an announcement form Maureen Carr York that she will be running for Cathy Vitale’s County Council seat. What a pleasure it was to speak to these fine Republicans. A special “thank you” goes out to Arnold and Connie Meyers for hosting this event and sharing their lovely home along the bank of the Magothy River
